Passfoot Cottage sits at the foot of the Pass
of Balmaha on the east side of Loch Lomond.
The cottage began life in the 18th century as
a toll house, around the time of Rob Roy MacGregor.
It sits in a unique position on The West Highland
Way overlooking Balmaha Bay and out over the
south of the loch. The picturesque garden slopes
down to the loch side and is an ideal spot for
morning coffee.
